By accessing our digital showroom or commissioning a piece, you agree to the following terms.
Commissions and Orders
When you place an order with our studio, you are investing in a made-to-order piece of functional art.
Order Confirmation
A commission is officially initiated only once you receive a formal confirmation email and receipt of your deposit.
Artisanal Lead Times
Because we refuse to rush the finishing process, all stated lead times are careful estimates. We will communicate openly if the workshop requires additional time to perfect your piece.
Cancellations
Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our workshop, cancellations or modifications must be requested within 48 hours of the initial transaction.
Material Honesty and Variations
We celebrate the living nature of the raw materials we use, which means no two pieces will ever be identical.
Organic Character
Wood grain, leather patina, and stone veining are entirely unique to each item. Subtle variations in color, tone, and texture are inherent traits of natural materials, not manufacturing defects.
Environmental Adjustments
Solid timber breathes. It naturally shifts, expands, and contracts slightly in response to your home’s climate and humidity levels.
Intellectual Property
Our forms and silhouettes are the result of years of meticulous design and prototyping.
Design Ownership
All furniture designs, digital imagery, photography, and written copy displayed on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of our studio.
